Midnight May flowers make this tea dynamite! Exquisite and abounding in Jasmine character this organic green tea is sure to please.
Traditional brewing instructions: 82°C for 3 minutes. This tea can be used repeatedly - about three times. Once the water level is low, add more water. Repeat until the flavour is exhausted. Adding milk and sugar is not recommended.
Modern brewing instructions: 100°C for 3-7 minutes.
