Naturally withered white tea from the Fujian Province.
Fresh aroma, smooth velvety flavour, good body and a satisfying cup.
Did you know? White tea is considered by some to be the purest in the world.
Brewing instructions: 1 tsp/cup @ 90°C for 3 minutes. This tea can be used repeatedly - about 3 times.
**Hint: Do not remove the leaves from the pot. Once the water level is low add more water. Repeat this process until the flavour has been exhausted. Milk or sugar will mask the tea flavours and is not recommended.
